Lots of parking, easy in and out
I was 30 mins late paying for parking because my mother had a stroke. I paid for parking and still got a $98 ticket they will not refund me for the $12.99 I paid for all day parking or the ticket for parking without paying… which I did avoid this parking garage at all costs
Very bad experience.
The parking meter didn't give change back, dentist told me to go to security for a refund, security basically told me to eff off. Highschoolers are more competent than this.
They suddenly changed parking services and will charge you 10$ on the weekend even if you were only there for ten minutes. There was no sign indicating the price until you found a machine after parking. If they aren’t posting the price before you enter they should allow you to leave without paying if you choose to not park there. We told them we weren’t aware of the price and they told us we still had to pay even though we left right after seeing the price for parking.
