I can hardly log into my account anymore without it telling me my information is wrong when I know its right. You cant ever get a hold of anyone on the weekend (24/7 customer service like most banks have). The bank tellers are wonderful but I wish they would get up to date with other banks.
The bank tellers are great, but the mobile and online banking is the worst I have ever used. I cant get into my account more times than I can. It is extremely frustrating. I will be switching banks.
Their atm machine,bank app and direct phone number. They dont work for days on end. You call the main number and no one answers st all. You are directed to leave a message. No one ever calls you back! I cant wait to change banks!
