little is done to upkeep the building or units. California style windows that do not seal makes for very high heating bills. And the lack of screens means bugs galore in the summer. Buzzer does not work so that is rather inconvenient. My bathtub faucet has leaked for my whole stay (a year) and mamu more things don't work right.
