As of October 20th 2024 there has been a lack of hot water during peak hours of 7PM-11PM sometimes even until midnight. I have sent an email to the management on the 24th of October 2024 and have not received any replies what so ever. The management then sends out an email on the 1st of November 2024 acknowledging this issue with boiler #3 stating it may have been due to a lightning strike (which caused a power outage on the 10th of October which lasted approximately 18 hours or so) which then potentially damaged the ECM mot... read more
When talking to a property agent, he said that this premises is the best one luxury building at least in Burnaby area, whether interior or exterior, the developer used high quality materials. As I know the unit decaration is excellent, the location is great, and the view looks like a beautiful picture. As to occasionally water outage, and elevator out of order, it happens to every building. But bowling room seems worthless, and hopefully, the strata council chairman could be one who lives inside building.
