My experience with this bank was disappointing. Despite the prestigious Old Parkland location, the culture and leadership felt underwhelming and did not live up to expectations. I would not recommend it. There are many far superior banking options available.
Everyone we’ve worked with at Susser Bank has gone above and beyond in their service to us. Kenny McEntire, in particular, was excellent in his willingness to support, clarify, and spend extra time with us as needed in the process of securing a mortgage for our first home. I would strongly recommend Susser Bank to anyone looking for a bank to partner with, for personal or professional endeavors.

I called Susser Bank for a question about my 1099 Interest form for taxes. It was slightly after hours, so I wasn’t expecting anyone to pick up. Not only did someone answer the phone, but they were so pleasant and helpful. Thank you! I didn’t get a name, but I just want to leave a review to say thank you.
