Absolutely amazing staff
Very underwhelming experience obtaining a mortgage through Affiliated Bank. I only went through with it because they were the preferred lender for my builder, so there were some extra incentives to use them. Affiliated Bank had the highest interest rate, the highest fees, and the least competent loan officer of all the banks I shopped. My loan officer could not keep his accounts straight and often divulged information to me that must have been from someone else’s file.
