SVFCU claimed they never received my check for an auto loan that was taken out of my account. A check in which they should have never received in the first place because the loan was already paid off in full a month prior. Records show it was cashed and but they claim they never received it. Yeah ok, so now i am getting the run around saying they never received it. Mind you it's been well over a month. if it wasn't received, how was it cashed?
Susquehanna Valley Credit Union does a Great job taking care of their members. They are always very helpful. My wife and I have been members for over 30 years. I can't imagine banking anywhere else.
You, I initially left a very very bad rating because of the upgrade to the system. Because I was not notified and did not have access to my account. It too the whole weekend for me to wait and from the 4th after the upgrade and until today and yesterday to get in touch with a live person to get help. But because I was not the only one having issues this is why my hold time was so long. But once I got access it was fine..but my frustration did cause me to open another account. Have been a member for over 25 years. They went through a system change at the end of January. I needed help navigating and logging into their new site. Such helpful and friendly people at SVFCU! 🙂
The staff really show they want to be there to help and NOT a paycheck.... this shows in their whole demeanor! They listen and if you have a question they are patient answering no matter how dumb it sounds or if we don't understand they really help!
