Monica is top notch. She’s kind, listens, offers advice and has a great plan set out for me. Shes also extremely knowledgeable about what’s going on in my big head to explain the physiological aspects of my anxiety and panic. I see her weekly and have a sense of confidence that my life will improve with EMDR. Highly recommend.
Cannot recommend enough, the environment is extremely calming and feels very safe. The staff are phenomenal from the intake process to the therapy sessions.
