Not sure if I have the right location for Erie in my area :) but it’s super nice having insurance that has a local office. When you call you get a live person the office not a call center. They are informative and friendly. Unlike call centers who are not always qualified to explain insurance or always have answers when you call. It’s more money but I appreciate the personableness. The peace of mind of not being on hold for mins or hours. Highly recommend local vs huge insurance companies who your just a number too
I've been a member for 16 years. Everyone is extremely kind but poor communication and lack of follow through warrant a lower rating than 5 stars.
