A lack of following through to verbal commitments is a sign of poor professionalism. I was Not impressed with the facility and employee’s here. Won’t be back. I will take my policies elsewhere. Edit 1/15/26 Business claims i am not a customer. Very unprofessional of the Truman’s and company.

Not sure if I have the right location for Erie in my area :) but it’s super nice having insurance that has a local office. When you call you get a live person the office not a call center. They are informative and friendly. Unlike call centers who are not always qualified to explain insurance or always have answers when you call. It’s more money but I appreciate the personableness. The peace of mind of not being on hold for mins or hours. Highly recommend local vs huge insurance companies who your just a number too
