I am extremely disappointed with the level of service this office has provided since the new receptionist started. Every time I call to schedule an appointment, I am asked questions like, “Are you sick?” and “What are your symptoms?” While I understand that some basic information may be needed, it often feels like I am being questioned as if I’m speaking to a medical provider rather than simply trying to schedule an appointment.
