BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. I had these guys fit a brand new Piranah tray to my Hilux and in less then 12months I had to take my car to Toyota so they could fix the wiring that was not done properly. I did the right thing and contacted the team at SSA and let them know the faults that Toyota found with their work and gave them a copy of the report. Purchased some rear super heavy duty leafs of these guys for my Navara for self install, well priced compared to the other major brands and very helpful in store. No pushy sales techniques just giving me advice on what I needed and even came out and had a look at the car to see. Very good experience.
In my opinion their HD 350kg + constant load rear Leaf springs are just comfort springs with two thicker "Extra Load leafs" fitted to the bottom of the leaf pack. They are OK for a short while but they loose their strength & the top 6 leaves seem to flatten out to the point were they end up constantly riding flat on the two added "Extra Load" leaves (even with No extra Load). Their U-Bolts stretch too easily as well. Mine (Brand New) were torqued to 90 NM, and I had to re-do this 4 times. But they were loose again when I rep... read more
The customer service here is absolutely outstanding! I can’t recommend the team at SSA enough. They treated me and my 3-year-old twins so well kids love the hats, stickers, and especially the cupcakes.I really appreciate the exceptional service. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
