Bethan was an absolutely wonderful instructor! She was very warm and welcoming! Definitely taking her class again! :)

I love it here, everyone is so inviting and friendly!
The space is a nice size but smells horrible in there. My first class I tired was silks it was okay. We had 8 people in our group. We had to partner up and take turns on the silks because another class started at the same time as ours. Which is weird because why not just schedule one class at a time, so there’s space and room for everyone. The second class I tired was aerial yoga.
