Called to have Susie help me book flights, travel and accommodations through Europe for 9 days before we get on a cruise ship. Once she found out we booked the cruise ourselves she let me know she wasn't interested in leftovers. Terrible service...

we were going on heart of Texas cruise, but decided not to because of COVID. We contacted Susie's, refund was immediate, back to credit card. They went beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend Susie's.
Called this agency to get trip ideas and they didn't help at all. The agent said that they didn't have any package deals and that I would have to call back. She had no suggestions for trips. NO thanks. Terrible customer service and I won't be calling back.
