this company was very friendly and dog friendly which was so nice not to leave my little pumpkin in the car . the staff was helpful and the prices were fair i got some wonderful deals on vintage clothing and books. thank you so much
If I could give Susie's Estate Sale a zero starts I would. She handled my mothers estate after my father past away. My parents had quality furniture, a car, a beautiful gun safe from 2 households. She marked thing at ridiculously high prices, because any items that do not sell got to "charity" When we said the dinning table chairs and hutch would not go, along with the art work, they refused to pick up the remaining item for "charity" What charity does not want a refrigerator, freezer, loads of clothes, posts and pans, couch... read more
Do NOT use trust or use this company! Susie's Estate Sales & Apprl Serv is a disgrace to a much-needed service industry. As stated in the CBS 5 Advocate article this year (http://www.cbs5az.com/story/28935682/be-thorough-when-hiring-an-estate-sale-company) the company over prices items, which then don’t sell, then a 3rd party company (most likely affiliated) comes in and buys items for pennies on the dollar. We were overcharged on taxes, and her fee. I signed a contract for 25% and she charged us 35%. There was a great deal of labor involved with our sale, packing and moving, etc. I did mention to her to take a few extra percent for all the work, meaning 28%but not 35%. Also there is no customer service after the sale. I wanted to know where my unsold possession were. I was told the Goodwill, then Mexico. I did not sign away my possessions.
