Just want to say that this place has the nicest employees. If I’m stopping in for a treat, it’s usually because of a hard day, and every time the staff is so welcoming it leaves me feeling all warm. The cake and cookies really hit the spot when you need a quick dessert.

Upon walking in you are greeted by the decadent smells of baked goods, which you would think correlates to delicious baked goods. This was not the case. Despite so many positive reviews, our cupcakes and cakes were all DRY. Thought maybe it was just one flavor but we tried every flavor we got from red velvet, to chocolate to vanilla to banana. We’ve been buying Susie cakes from this location for years, but these last couple times we’ve purchased their cake and cupcakes this year, we’ve been left very disappointed. No flavor, all sugar. Walmart makes better cupcakes at this point. We decided to still give them multiple chances in case it was a bad batch, but after 5 times this year, we are convinced they no longer care about their flavors or ingredients. Placed a delivery order as a gift for my family on Christmas Eve and called the store twice to confirm everything was set. After being reassured, they canceled the order without warning or explanation, completely ruining our holiday plans. Extremely disappointing and not somewhere I’d ever trust again.
