Susie’s Cakes in Laguna Niguel is just fantastic! The cupcakes, cakes, and cookies are always delicious, and the staff could not be nicer. We love stopping by there for a sweet treat!
Susie Cakes was incredible. They worked seamlessly with our coordinator to handle all the logistics without us lifting a finger, which on a wedding day means everything. But the cake itself was the real story. I've never had a better cake in my life. The only complaint from the entire night was that we wished there was more of it. Thank you for being part of such an incredible day.
Unfortunate experience at this location. I placed an order the afternoon before. I needed cake slicers as this is for a work birthday, and paid for them in advance. The team was out of slicers, which is one thing, but nobody alerted me to the issue until I was actively picking up the cakes. Staff was nice and apologetic, but they directed me on a wild goose chase to Ralph’s which also did not carry cake cutters. We have been coming for years and always love the variety and quality of all the baked goods. Stacey went above and beyond this weekend to make our family party a success. I had placed my online order for the wrong day, but Stacey was so kind and quickly saved the day. She helped calm my nerves and found the perfect treats for the evening on hand. So grateful for her!
