I ordered my two cakes online 3 days before I wanted them delivered to my work and when I received them they were crumbling, stale, and dry. I had used y'all for my wedding cake yrs ago and wanted to get a slice of each flavor to celebrate our anniversary and was so disappointed. They both tasted like someone put those pieces 3 days ago aside for pick up .
Cake was not good, we ordered a cake for my daughters birthday . The cake tasted more like sugar than cake
I really didn’t want to leave this review since I adore Susie. I stop by very frequently as a sugarholic & man I’m so disappointed. Everything has been stale for months. My whoopie pie was rock solid. Next visit my Cookie had no give & just crumbled. Recently as of 2026 I stopped by again & got my birthday cake it was STALE. The moisture from the icing has already seeped into the cake. The icing just completely separated from the cake. It was so dried out. That was the slice that turned my stomach. Giving 3 stars because the employees were absolutely incredible and so kind, but unfortunately it was my first time and the vanilla confetti birthday cake slice was super stale :( it was disappointing. However, I will definitely be back to try something else because I’ve heard great things about this place.
