Visited the San Carlos location yesterday with my 4-year-old daughter to order a 6-inch chocolate cake. While the cake itself turned out fine, the customer service was disappointing, awkward, and what I'll ultimately remember. The employee repeatedly led with prices for every simple inquiry, giving off the impression that she assumed I couldn't afford their products. The cup cakes are amazing, the chocolate chip cookie didn't even make it home for the picture.
Extremely impressive!! They made a custom cake for me and we loved it so much!!
The cupcakes were delicious 🤤 We got the mini cupcakes, they have bunch of flavors to chose from and it’s fresh and so tasty. Will definitely be back again!
