I have had a terrible experience with this establishment. I live in Southern California and wanted to send some cupcakes to my dear friend, & business partner in San Carlos , for his Birthday. I first spoke to the “ Susie Cakes Support Team”, apparently a third party organization. They were rude and made it very clear that I could not customize a box of cupcakes . Susie’s in San Carlos is simply the best! The cupcakes are absolutely delicious they taste fresh and amazing every single time. You can really tell the quality in every bite. And the staff? The girls are the cherry on top! They are so kind, helpful, and genuinely nice, which makes the whole experience even better. Honestly, it doesn’t get any better than this. Highly recommend! Carlla
My friend ordered her birthday cake here because she explained that she's been getting the same cake for years for her kids' birthdays. "It can't be that good", was my first thought, followed by a bite, followed by an "omg it is THAT good". The frosting is just made to perfection, not too sweet but just sweet enough to leave you desiring another bite, then another, then another... If I lived anywhere close to San Carlos or even Belmont, this is were I would get birthday cakes for my entity family, it's definitely worth it!
Love this cake shop! Their cupcakes are delicious and have a prefect frosting to cake ratio! The cakes are delectable! My favorites are the marble and carrot cake! The staff are always so welcoming and friendly!
