Here is some feedback on the many meals prepared for us by Chef Susie Clarke: Chicken and cod were perfect…The butternut squash…we loved it Your crab cakes are great…Just ate the curry (chicken) for lunch…it was wonderful. Please save that red curry chicken recipe…that was outstanding.. The shrimp was soooo good. Had it with the quinoa. It was perfect. Thank you! The chicken soup is outstanding. Susie has created so many fabulous family and friend events for me over the years. My Mother's 90th Birthday, several Summer Barbeques, and countless intimate dinner parties. She can handle any size event with ease. It was fun to plan the menus with her. She can also provide sample menus for you to select from to avoid decision fatigue! I highly recommend Susie and her team, looking forward to working with her again soon!

I highly recommend Susie Clarke Events which I have enjoyed on many occasions. Her food is always delicious and varied with beautiful presentations. Susie’s meals express a joy of cooking for clients and their guests! She is fun to work with and extremely dependable. Vast experience in personal chefing! Recently attended a baby shower that she catered. Everyone raved! A local Fairfield County treasure!

Suzie did a great job catering for a ski weekend for 12 people. Food was delicious, easily transported up to our ski house, and heated in the oven with no other prep. She has a WIDE range of dishes that you can choose from at more than fair prices. If you tell her a rough idea of what you want she can suggest 3 or 4 dishes to choose from. I have been to a number of Suzie Clarke Events and the food is always yummy and noticeably different from what I've had elsewhere.
