Continuously horrible experiences with this office, especially the front desk staff! Final straw was just getting off the phone with them after they cancelled my appointment because the Dr took vacation and then can’t schedule me for over a year out past the date THEY cancelled. What use is a PCP if you can’t even be seen? Absolutely ridiculous and rude staff that tries to talk over you on the phone so you can’t speak yourself.
Very Professional, answers all your questions. Very thorough and Caring. Did not wait long to see Dr Basa! Office staff is very nice and courteous. This is my new PCP. Happy so far!
Would not take my dog to these people. The office workers are beyond rude and condescending to my fiancé. The MD is extremely passive/lax with her treatments and refuses to write referrals when ER doctors recommend the referrals. I personally have over ten years in emergency medicine and it’s scary to know there are providers treating patients so poorly.
