When I award a 5-star achievment, it includes the often illusive element of Value. But cut out value, and this is still top shelf stuff. Our small group enjoyed THE best sushi experience ever. This includes beating out Morris Chinese Buffet, Todai, Shushi Train and even Ming's, maybe especially Ming's. To enjoy all-you-can-eat sushi, but made fresh, as one dines, is virtually unheard of.
