Shazia threaded my lip and chin and did a poor job. The service felt rushed from the start, and the result showed it — I walked out with visible leftover hair still on my lip and chin, which completely defeats the purpose of the appointment. For something that’s supposed to be precise, this was sloppy work.
Kena is simply outstanding! Tinted eyebrows. Full face threading. Eyebrow threading. Facials. Underarm waxing. You’re in God’s gentle hands. I love her!
Falguni is amazing!! She’s so attentive and intentional, and gets my brows just right every single time! Absolutely love the atmosphere here, it’s genuinely so peaceful whenever I come in - regardless of how many people they’re servicing in the moment.
