Best doctor extremely good clinician
Horrible. Scheduled an appointment for my father. Received a call a week prior to his appointment just to be re-scheduled another month out. A month passes and the Friday prior I am called to confirm his Monday appointment which has now been switch from in person to tele-health. We agreed. It's Monday and we were never called for the tele-health appointment. Very upset.
It's sad I have to leave this review. Dr. Ahlawat is a great doctor but the staff is horrible. I've been calling for 2 hours with no answer and the message mailbox is full. I just came out the ER and it's very urgent I see Dr.Ahlawat. He has all my health records and it's a shame I have to go find another doctor due to the horrible staff that works there. This is nothing new they've been horrible for the 5 years I've dealt with him. Change your staff!!!
I do not feel like I am getting the quality of care that I deserve with Dr. Ahlawat. During our last telehealth appointment, Dr. Ahlawat failed to contact me. I had to reach out to both him and the DOC several times before I was called back. I was concerned that this would be the case during our most recent appointment as he was already half an hour late.
