Best GI doctor, based on my experience. I've seen many, but he's the best.
Dr. Duddempudi’s team is NOT worth the hassle. Very unprofessional, unsympathetic, and rude team who do not get back to patients and do not work with patients throughout their treatment. I have been reaching out on behalf of my ill little sister who has also reached out countless times and never heard back despite post colonoscopy and verification of illness. Very knowledgeable and helpful
The part that wasn’t positive was arriving on time for my appointment, being put in an exam room and waiting 45 minutes for the doctor to come in. No one came in during this time to say why there was this big delay and the doctor didn’t apologize or in any way explain the long wait time .
Dr Duddempudi seemed great during my initial visit: my experience and issues are with poor supporting cast. I had to postpone my colonoscopy, weeks later I start getting calls about after care, didn’t even have the procedure. I finally called back to reschedule and was told a nurse would contact me within 48 hours, that never happened. I called back 4 days laters and was transferred to the doctors nurse, left voicemail and still haven’t heard back. Seems like fast food medicine over there. .
