Soooo Sushi Totoro has fallen in it's quality control since it's had an ownership change. I believe these new owners buy cheaper products because the fish was really fishy and everything was sweeter than it should be. Service was fine, but you can tell the servers weren't properly trained. Not their fault at all, just a failure in leadership. This place is dear to my heart for the memories I've made there with my partner. Makes me so sad seeing it be neglected.

The lady's serving you were friendly, but the quality of food, with what it looks to be new ownership has gone down hill. Place used to be amazing, going there for years. I asked for beef brisket, I received what looked to be some type of fatty meat almost like a barbacoa but not good. Sushi rolls where loose. Chewy. We couldn't eat everything, we got charged a fee for leaving leftovers, its not my fault food sucked. But to get charged a fee for leaving food when I already paid 48 dollars for 1 plate of sushi for my daughter... read more

New owners? This place used to be great but my recent visit was disappointing. The food quality has dropped drastically. The new owners rude and provide poor customer service. There’s a foul smell in the restaurant that makes it hard to eat

Yummy but takes the waiters too long to take your order, I finished my first course of all you can eat and it took 20 minutes for staff to come back and get my next order

I can’t speak on atmosphere because I haven’t been inside, but you can tell this is a business that cares about their customers and the quality they deliver. I want nothing but success for Sushi Totoro.
