I came in here for a quick lunch, and overall it’s a good spot for quick sushi. The girl at the register was also very sweet and polite. I can say I probably won’t be ordering the bento box again. For $15, there are definitely better bento box options around. I just happened to have a craving and that’s what I wanted at the time. The California roll was great and tasted fresh, but I wasn’t a fan of the teriyaki flavor, and it did hurt my stomach a bit. The gyozas were nicely crisp, but I didn’t really care for the filling. Fresh sushi, generous portions, never skimp on avocado, or fish, consistently great neighborhood spot that we’ve been eating at for months - they haven’t missed! The best part is the absolutely lovely service we’ve received every single time we’ve come here. In a world where poor service is the norm, Shogun is such a nice change of pace.
They have really good sushi. I tried the rainbow roll sushi and it was really good. I recommend that.!!
