Food is great but management needs to step up and look after their workers better. Today there was a very rude and belligerent customer yelling at the young lady behind the desk. The young lady was actually in tears and the manager just stood there watching the situation and did not help her or handle the situation at all. Workers are just as important as customers. Do better.
It's terrible that these people have a monopoly on the sushi game anywhere.... I generally like what they produce but their business model or management is absolutely jacked... Under quoted wait times by at lease 20 minutes, do not order if you are trying to be in and out. The only reason anyone really eats here is because they don't want to drive anywhere or they can't... Atmosphere is blank and it's hot as hell on the restaurant.
Can in at 8pm on a Sunday and was given absolutely phenomenal service! We ordered the pork belly steamed buns, the bento box with the pork belly bun, pork belly fried rice, and gyoza. We also had the server make us two drinks based on our likes and they were phenomenal! They hooked us up with the steamed buns, made everything overflowing, and were truly amazing. A++ on all fronts! Thank you for an amazing local date night ❤️
