New Owners, name changed to Asian Bistro. It's a Thai business doing a mix of Asian cuisines. Wandered around for 10 minutes looking for a place that doesn't exist. I'll leave another review for the place that actually exists.
Got the drunken noodles based on somebody else's recommendation here. They were amazing and it was the first time I've ever had anything like that. Would 100% come back again
This is one of the best places in town to eat! My only feedback is the broth for the pho could be better, the bone broth isn’t as rich as other Vietnamese restaurants. Feels like it could be made with premade broth and seasoning. A good pho you can smell from the streets. Also, the Thai hot could be hotter. Super grateful for this place tho.
There are many Thai restaurants in North America, but not many good ones. This is one of the better ones, and one of the few good restaurants in Taos. The owners are very sweet and they are good cooks. Staff also attentive and excellent. consistently stellar staff actually. sushi is always beautiful and excellent, however the thai food is either fantastic, or it is disappointing. sadly, the thai food has been hit or miss over the last 3 years.
The service was incredible and the food came out so quick and it was so delicious. I had the pad se-ew and it was just what I needed. The Thai iced tea was awesome.
