Made a $300 order for my work, and I called to mention a wrong poke bowl order (missing a karaage chicken poke, received a salmon poke instead). I was immediately shouted at, told it was impossible because she checked 3 times, she implied I was lying and told me to check my things properly, I told her I checked twice, she kept interrupting me and insisted there was no mistake then abruptly said bye and hung up on me. Commande pour la st-valentin faite en ligne à 15h pour être servi à 17:30, arrivée pour 17:45 la commande n’est même pas commencé. J’ai reçu ma commande à 21:15…. On disait qu’ils étaient trop occupé pour un remboursement ou de venir chercher la commande pour le lendemain. Il n’était que deux employés …?! Incompréhensible pour un 14 février. Très mauvais service, je plains ses employés qui ont essayé de faire les commandes malgré tout, où était le gérant? Le propriétaire? J’ai envoyé un courriel à sushishop et aucun retour….
Commande en ligne pour la St-Valentin a 14h00 pour 18h00. J’arrive sur place a 17h45. Il est rendu 20h15 et toujours pas servi. Des gens ayant commandé plus tard pour plus tard sont servis. Un fiasco malheureusement…
