Awful. I’ve never had such a bad order from them. Nothing was fresh (we have stomach burns both my partner and I), there was a spice that was present in all the sushis that left a weird taste in our mouths, and something tasted super oily (I presume it’s the tempura). Won’t got back and won’t order from them ever again. On top of it, there was a wrong item in my order. Not sure how they can get away with charging so much.
Worst customer service of all time
I’ve been a loyal Sushi Shop customer for over 4 years, but after my last visit I can honestly say I won’t be coming back. The food quality, portions, and overall value have gone downhill significantly while the prices continue to go up. The poke bowls are now almost half lettuce as filler, with barely any rice, very little actual protein, and very few real vegetables. Honestly super surprised at how well the flavors of the salmon Kamikaze roll came together. Nicely balanced, and flavourful. I would love to try nigiri and sashimi next time. Could see how the wait times may take awhile if there is a lineup ahead of you.
