Worst customer service of all time
I’ve been a loyal Sushi Shop customer for over 4 years, but after my last visit I can honestly say I won’t be coming back. The food quality, portions, and overall value have gone downhill significantly while the prices continue to go up. The poke bowls are now almost half lettuce as filler, with barely any rice, very little actual protein, and very few real vegetables. Honestly super surprised at how well the flavors of the salmon Kamikaze roll came together. Nicely balanced, and flavourful. I would love to try nigiri and sashimi next time. Could see how the wait times may take awhile if there is a lineup ahead of you.
Delicious Poke Bowl and great service!
Absolute joke. 2 staff members working the combined Thai Express & Sushi Shop at 12:15pm on a weekday, with a packed house. No one got food fast, everyone impatient and anxious. Get some more staff. Ordered online, arrived at the scheduled pickup time, and waited another 30 minutes.
