I usually love Sushi Shop it's my go to sushi, but this time the seaweed was brown and soggy instead of the usual dark green and firm. When I asked, the staff told me it was normal, but I could clearly tell the difference in freshness. I ended up throwing it out. disappointing experience and not the best customer service this time.
