Avoid this location. Poor quality service, impersonal support, and poorly priced food. Staff got order wrong, scoffed at substitutions, and didn't input into the POS as an item, but rather a manually entered price. This might be part of the reason why people are getting incorrectly charged in other reviews. Online staff are rude and sarcastic in their replies (as seen by their replies, they initially replied to this "Thank you for leaving a comment!" when I left only a rating). Overall a poor representation of the franchise.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought food and was still not allowed any seating! Terrible terrible terrible, never coming back.
Guy with glasses at counter always fights me, I just asked if he has spring roll which is on menu
My favorite place to eat on campus, love the staff they’re super friendly and kind! Best sushi I’ve ever had!
