Went on Wednesday night Alejandro was my server super welcoming and attentive, we order gyozas, tuna tartare and crispy rice, everything was good and freshly made.

I have passed by so many times and finally decided to stop in. Sarah was so kind upon greeting. She is so bubbly and so sweet and answered my questions, still when I was unsure she did not make me feel rushed at all. The Miami heat roll was delicious as well as the shrimp Shumai. Perfectly steamed.
It was my birthday, so my daughter brought me to this very nice restaurant. It was beautiful. It was clean, the food was good, but unfortunately the waiter was extremely under trained. He didn't know anything about the drinks really know much about the menu, almost every question that I asked he did not have an answer for. He was very kind but he was just extremely not trained as far as menu items as far as alcohol items,.. so it made it kind of uncomfortable for him and for us because he didn't have answers to anything. I had such a great experience at Sushi Sake Orlando thanks to Sarah! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked in just the right amount, made great recommendations, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and loves what she does. The food was delicious as always, but Sarah’s service made the night even better.
