My time here was truly terrible to say the least, customer service is not priority for all customers. The waiter only seemed to be attentive and alert when it came to specific customer. To top everything off the shrimp I ordered was extremely salty. I would honestly rate the overall experience here a 1/10. I believe the waiters name was Elizabeth, her attitude and demeanor was distasteful.
Im a frequent customer, whether through Uber eats, dining in, or take out. The service is usually great however today i was left on hold for over 47 minutes. My friend just happened to stop in and she also advised the guy answering the phone that there was someone on hold. 25 to 30 more minutes passed until I decided to call on the other line to be serviced. The service, atmosphere, and food were great. I definitely recommend this location.
Horrible. I dined outside and no one came to serve me.The waiter finally came when i asked was i getting one. I ordered drinks and it never came. Knocked on window to inform one of the servers that im still waiting, he came outside and said, really, you going to knock on the window like that and said hes not my server.so unprofessional The service was bad and no Manager on site. I called this morning for a Manager and none was on site.
