Found a hard shell / broken plate in my party’s meal or whatever it was in the food, BUT HIS MOUTH IS BLEEDING. The server Elizabeth literally just said I don’t know repeatedly and didn’t know what to do, she picked up the hard piece of porcelain from his plate then proceeded to drop the piece of porcelain or whatever it was in my UNFINISHED plate, no apology, no compensation, manager nowhere to be found. We came across this location unexpectedly as we had plans to go have dinner somewhere nearby but left due to the wait time. We are so happy we ended up at this Sushi Sake! Everything from the presentation, freshness and service was amazing from the beginning. Our server Alejandra was wonderful and made our experience one we can’t wait to return to.
