For some reason, we found this one with special flavors over the other ones from the same franchise we’ve tried!! I would go back to this one!
After 30 min waiting for my order to be ready, this is what i found when i got home. They were having other people waiting and one of the tables was complaining because they got the wrong order. My sushi was breaking apart completely, I ended up using a fork to eat it. Terrible service

We’ve given this place so many chances. We come here often and have been to multiple locations of this restaurant, but this one is by far the worst. Every single visit, the service is unbelievably slow and unprofessional, and the food always tastes off. This time was the final straw. We actually found pieces of hair in our food. The sushi bar looks absolutely disgusting, especially where they keep the raw fish, and it doesn’t seem like they sanitize anything.
