I ordered a side of eel sauce under my roll, (I paid for it) but when I go to pick it up they proceed to tell me since I ordered it UNDER my roll, they added it inside of it. So next time I ordered I MADE SURE that I order eel sauce under the “extras” tab AND separately. They again still made an issue out it when picking it up, stating “we added it in the roll”. Which roll? I ordered more then one. Wish the service was better, don’t know how else to order this.

This place used to be amazing but to be honest the food quality and portions have fallen drastically… and would it kill you to hire decent servers? The female that attended me was to busy on her phone and talking with her co workers… 6/10 at most. Hoping change for the future!

I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with a server named Lirio her at Sushi Sake was frustrating enough to warrant one. During my visit, it was clear that providing attentive service was not her priority. Instead of checking in on our table or ensuring we had what we needed, she seemed far more interested in being on her phone and chatting often flirtatiously with her male coworkers.
