Wonderful food!! Sushi was fresh and service was great! My water cup never went empty and as we finished the rolls, the plates magically disappeared. We were lucky, someone did not show for their reservation and we were able to take their spot. Highly recommend this little sushi spot in this cute town.
Haven't been to Sushi Q in 10 years where I went for my birthday. Delicious Ocean Salad (seaweed salad). I always order the 49er. Delicious as usual. Great "pink bottle" unfiltered sake. 5 Stars.
part of a good business is not only the food but making it easy to get a hold of them. I spent a few hours trying to get a hold of them yesterday only to find out after going over to the business which was a significant drive for me, they are closed until April 1. I have had this happen multiple times with this business. I’m not sure why they can’t be a little more proactive and put that on an answering machine or post it online. This place was a recommendation from my son who lives in Grass Valley. Once we got to the restaurant the waitresses were very nice with big smiles and welcoming g attitudes. We were seated promptly and drink orders were filled. The ambiance was very quiet with light music playing in the background, we could hardly hear the other patrons conversations.
