This place is an all you can eat sushi place that has other Korean food as well. At a very reasonable price, you can have quality food. We had a lunch buffet that was offered until 2:30 pm. Pictures of the restaurant are included (with Christmas decorations) as only few were still eating around the time we left (3ish).
The sashimi was fresher than expected; the salmon was evenly oily and smooth to the touch. The chef's set menu progressed from light to rich flavors in a well-paced manner. The botan shrimp and sea urchin were very clean and had no fishy smell. The counter seating allowed you to watch the chef prepare the food, enhancing the dining experience. The quiet ambiance is perfect for dates or anniversaries, and the prices are reasonable, making it a rare find among reliable Japanese restaurants in Fairfax.
