Was there with my family and we had a wonderful dinner. Clearly above all the japanese restaurants I have been to so far, in terms of quality, service and atmosphere.

excellent chef, excellent food, excellent service
Excellent Omakase at any price point. Delicious good, great service and wide range of sakes. Speakeasy style atmosphere, chill and not pretentious. There are a lot of sushi restaurants in NYC but this one genuinely worth a repeat trip.
Chef Kei was amazing—you can really tell how much care and skill goes into every piece of sushi. The nigiri was incredibly fresh and honestly some of the best we’ve had. Don’t let the small space fool you—it’s absolutely worth going in! Aung and Jorge were wonderful too: attentive, warm, and genuinely friendly throughout our dinner. If you love authentic Japanese food and want to treat yourself to a really special meal, this place is a must. We’ll definitely be back!
