Good food but cold, silent and frigid experience (yes, I have been at other similar places). The fish was WONDERFUL and spectacular! Smiling a bit helps (the chef did, others seem to be in a spy movie). I am a Michelin star resto seeking person, and we felt judged through the whole meal. This has never happen in other Michelin star places. Cocktails would help. I was also in Japan at Michelin star restos, and there were other items than fish (vegetables, etc) and rice. Everything was incredible! But… it felt like we got the same bite over and over with a different fish. Maybe our intuition was wrong but we were expecting more variety. The service was impeccable. Attention to every details. The food was exquisite for what it was. The ambiance was perfect. With a room of 8-9 its very personal and quiet. It is extremely expensive.
