I ate here over ten years ago and it was an amazing experience. Went back in October 2025 and I can tell you that the quality of the fish is not even close to what it once was. The service in the dining room is still top notch. The Wine List is also still fantastic. One silly side note: What is going on with the Federal Penitentiary cafeteria lightning in the dining room? It was not like this in the past. I have no idea who chose this aesthetic or why, but it completely destroys the vibe.
lucky enough to be served three times by chef Nakazawa himself multiple years ago (they still had other chefs at the counter, i was just lucky) and those were great.
