The small intimate space really adds to the experience. You sitting up at the bar with the chef there to chat with, and others at your side makes you feel like you're in a small shop in Japan. The sushi is superb, and considering there's a lot of local competition in this area that REALLY means something. Highly recommend

Roach city - The lights are dim in there for a reason.
From the chirashi to the asari clan miso soup to their hand rolls and karaage, solid food with good prices. I really like that the menu has a small variety without it being overwhelming. The fish is great and the service is sweet and personable.
Best sushi! Love the service, it’s my go to in Monrovia!
