2nd time I was treated w such rudeness and unprofessionalism by a waitress as soon as I enter the door!? Why would you treat a customer this way multiple times? What could someone possibly have done to deserve such a horrible experience? Will NEVER return to this establishment and will definitely spread the word to others re. my experience. Most places would talk to their waitresses and apologize to the patron. Doesn’t seem like that’s happening here.
Sushi Kuma has hands down the Japanese food in the area in it’s authentic cuisine. Sushi Kuma’s customer service is outstanding and a breath of fresh air. They will take care of you and ensure you have a great experience. There was a lot of effort put into the atmosphere and it shows. Highly recommended!
The sushi rolls are so good and fresh. Our waitress was so nice, helpful and happy. We will be back. So good.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars, WOW. The food was delicious, the service was wonder, and the ambiance was top notch. I can't wait to come back. We had a few things off their menu, but my favorite was probably the spider roll and the shrimp tempura roll. However I can say everything we got was exceptional and expertly done! (Also incredibly clean and lovely restrooms!)
Went for dinner and the experience alone was 5*. We opted for the omakase set and it is fairly priced and we were stuffed. The sushi was the best we've had in Washingto, highly recommended!
