I have always had a great dining experience until very recently. On my most recent visit, half of our party had arrived and was waiting to be seated while the other half was unloading their multiple children to head inside. While waiting on the party with kids, a waitress/ hostess GRABBED one of the members in our party by the arm, PULLED him outside and pointed out multiple open parking spots and told him they were not waiting on us and seated another party.
