I have ordered from this place before and liked the food. However, consistency has def been an issue. Definitely do not recommend ordering during rush hour. Quality deteriorates like crazy. Food was inedible (missing items, etc). Kicker is that they don’t have time to help you or even offer an apology for their own mistakes. The server told me “she’s too busy and it’s rush hour. We've been going there for several years and their food continues to be good, no complaint there. The last couple of times we've done take- out orders, however, we've been disappointed. Once when we asked for our vegetarian rolls to be in a separate container, we came home to find them mixed in with our non-veg selections and covered with roe. And a couple days ago we ordered 4 rolls, but no ginger or wasabi.
Hands down the best sushi I’ve had in my life - worth the 40+ minute drive we make each way to enjoy when we can! Start with the miso soup, which is exquisite. The sushi roll “7th Heaven” is aptly named and a favorite in our book. Enjoy the “Katana” roll for a unique citrusy ginger flavor and the “Salmon Lover’s” roll (gluten-free!) is lovely and flavorful.
