2 weeks ago I ordered delivery. 3/4 of the rolls were vegetarian, and none of them were supposed to have roe in/on them. When I got my order several of the items had small pieces of roe near the knife cuts in the rolls, like a clean knife wasn't used on my food. Okay, it's a sushi spot, these things happen. I'm not vegetarian so it's not a huge deal. Today I ordered takeout. I walked in when Uber said the order should be ready, but was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. We came to eat at Kiwami and have sashimi, karage. It was delicious. Greg, at the sushi bar was very nice and courteous. Excellent customer service!
