Took an hour and a half to make my meal and still didn’t get it right. Not eating here again

Went to this restaurant on Sunday night for my mom's 60th birthday as our regular sushi place is closed on Sundays. I could not have been more dissapointed! I asked the waitress before ordering if the sesame chicken was all white meat chicken brst (she assured me that it was.) When the meal came it was not at all white meat, it was a fatty and chewy white/dark meat mix.
