Hands down, this was the best meal of my life. Chef Haya-san and Monet are so incredibly kind, funny, and talented, and the entire dining experience was worth much more than what we paid. Monet and Chef Haya-san even took the time to teach me some Japanese for my upcoming trip to Japan. Obviously the food was exquisite, but the kindness and friendliness of every single employee are what made the experience absolutely unforgettable. Haya-san to Monet, arigato!
