Hayasan and Monet always make you feel at home while eating a delicious tasting menu that always surprises while also maintaining consistent flavors and experiences from the past.
Excellent fine dining. Chef Haya san is very friendly, the ingredients are of best quality, especially the uni. The seasoning of scallop is also creative.
A MOST excellent experience! We LOVED it. The food was incredible. The insights provided by the lead Culinary/Customer Assistant (CA), Monet, and the warm welcome and humorous charm by Michelin-starred chef’s, Haya San, were such a bonus! I didn’t realize we would be sitting in the cockpit while the pilot flies the plane! How special. You will taste the best that Japan has to offer (flown overnight to the States), learn a lot about the country and culture via the food’s presentation, and walk away sooo satisfied.
Went to Hayakawa with my family and had a wonderful time. Not only was the food excellent but the service and staff as well. After getting to try all of the Michelin rated sushi restaurants here in Atlanta I feel this would be the one I would return to first.
