I loved the atmosphere and the impeccable service at Hayakawa, a Michelin-starred restaurant. Hayakawa serves up a sublime and journey of the delicacies of Japan. Each omakase course was delicious and storied work of art.
Incredible experience and food! Monet is so knowledgeable and explains each dish in a way that’s informative and not pretentious. Her wine and sake pairings make the meal even better as well. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back!
