YUM! I have been there several times and they are always welcoming and the sushi is always fresh and you can order it however you like it! Highly recommend!
Sushi House is slow I ordered sashimi -- the menu gave instructions to specify several different kinds, after I gave my order to the waitress she returned and let me know I could only have 1 kind of sashimi with the entire order. The order came with one slab of raw fish sliced into sections -- no attempt at presentation or garnish on the plate. The fish WAS very fresh, but the service was PAINFULLY slow, the waitress was confused for most of the meal and it is doubtful we will return with the prices just for the lunch sushi.
If you love sushi, then you will love the new restaurant in West Olympia. It has a cute and cozy dining area and very friendly employees. If you ever ate at Osaka in Lacey, you might recognize the sushi chef who is now at this location. You will be very pleased with fresh sushi and many many choices. Enjoy and See you there!!
