Came here for dinner on a weekday. We ordered a bunch of different sashimi and sushi and apps. Everything was very fresh and delicious. Service was wonderful. Will definitely come back.
Sushi Hatsu is easily one of the best restaurants in the area. The quality and freshness of the food are truly second to none, and you can tell there is an incredible amount of thought, skill, and pride behind every dish. It’s obvious that Chef Harrison Kim’s experience working in the kitchens of Morimoto, Nobu, and José Garces has influenced the level of food being served here. We just moved to town and sat at the sushi bar with Harrison, Mike and Som. It was an unreal experience. They were so welcoming and a ton of fun. On top of that, the food was incredible and seemed to be hand selected. It was clear that so much thought, experience and creativity went into every item we tried. It’ll be a new staple, go-to spot for us. Highly recommend!
