Worst Customer Service EVER – We waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged, greeted, or handed a menu. Then our take-out order took more than 40 minutes - and was wrong. Twice were told the order was wrong, but they never apologized or offered to rectify the situation. They just told us matter-of-factly "we made the wrong thing" and gave us the food with the bill. Don't eat here! – I got sick from the sushi. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay far far away from Sushi Hana and it's sub-standard fish.
Sushi Hana is AWESOME !!! – Sushi Hana ... wow. I have been there MULTIPLE times and have never had a bad experience. My husband and I always have fantastic sushi. It is always so fresh. We have tried other sushi places but we keep coming back to Sushi Hana. The service is wonderful and you cant ask for better food. The Hana Sunday and the Hana Sunrise are absolutely amazing. Horrible Experience – I visited Sushi Hana on 7/25/2008 around 6:00 pm at table one (the hostess shouted this out to the server while seating us). To start off with, we had a very tall waiter who strangely enough looked exactly like Elijah Wood. We ordered the sashimi appetizer to start off with and then the waiter tried to take our menus. A Sushi Delight – My family and I just ate at Sushi Koji and what a wonderful experience! The restaurant, though small, had a cozy warm feel to it. The staff made us feel as if we were regulars, even though it was I first time there. The food was excellent. We tried between 7-8 different types of sushi and 4 different types of rolls. Our favorites were the california, spicy tuna and spicy yellow tail rolls. The surf clam, sweet shrimp, crab stick, and yellow tail sushi were also hits with the family. Sushi in SC – Sushi Koji is one of my favorites when visiting Greenville. I highly suggest the Koji Special Roll. Spicy Crab roll with Unagi on top! Excellent blend of tastes! Friendly, efficient service.....I highly recommend this restaurant.
